Xidmetim.az is a platform that turns scattered registries, paper bookkeeping,
and verbal agreements into a trackable digital system.
The project initially started for homeowners' association (HOA) management and
car rental (Rent a Car) services: both shared the same problem — scattered
record-keeping and non-transparent bookkeeping.
Xidmetim.az brings these two fields together, along with the reporting and finance
modules added on top, under a single platform. The goal is simple: to know at any
moment where every property, every payment, and every customer stands.
Our team, working from the admin panel, records all properties and payments, while customers see only their own information from their own panels.
